This is due to its renovation that was in 2000/2001 year. This hotel has the largest pool on Cyprus and a very good health center “Amathusia”. Hotel’s Facilities: There are 199 rooms in the Amathus Beach Hotel, also newly refurbished that combine comfort with tasteful luxury - over half of them are specially suited for families. Health and Sport Facilities: Here, there is something for everybody. From the island's most sophisticated Amathusia Health and Fitness Center including a 20 meter long indoor pool, and Aerobics Studio, a Thalassobath Center, a Clarins Studio and a Mary Cohr studio, to two outdoor pools, to our Sailor's Nest Children's Playground. On top of all these, a carefully chosen selection of restaurants in the Amathus Beach Hotel - where the setting for each, whether indoor or outdoor, is as fulfilling to the eye as the food itself is tantalizing to the taste buds. Rooms Facilities: The Amathus Beach Hotel boasts 1 Presidential Suite, 3 Executive Suites and 199 deluxe rooms on the four floors of the main building, from which 103 are sea view rooms and 96 are inland view. All rooms in the Amathus Beach Hotel are superbly appointed with great attention to detail that can only be challenged by the exceptional quality of service, cleanliness and hospitality provided. The Amathus Beach Hotel boasts Presidential Suit, 3 Executive Suites decorated by top Italian designers, 27 Junior suites and 9 Junior Suites with Private Pool and Jacuzzi. All our Suites are with Sea-View. Our Executive Suites are situated one on each of 2nd, 3rd, and 4th floors with front sea view and consist of a living room and a bedroom with bathroom. The living room has comfortable armchairs, a pullout sofa bed a round dining table, and a TV. A door from the living room leads to the bedroom, which has a double bed, a wardrobe, a bathroom with all the facilities, TV, and mini bar. Only the Executive Suite on the 4th Floor has the possibility of an Interconnecting room if required. Junior Suites Facilities: In an annex building of the Amathus Beach Hotel, in a private area of four floors, the hotel hosts 36 newly refurbished sea view Junior Suites, (This is an "OPEN PLAN" Suite). A Junior suite, is a very large room (almost double size than a standard room) furnished with a large double or two twin beds, whereas the ample lounge-area is separated from the bedroom area with a wooden bench-style partition and is furnished with an armchair, a 3-seater settee (convertible to an extra double bed) and naturally all other facilities of a superior room with the addition of tea & coffee facilities. All 36 Junior Suites in the Amathus Beach Hotel in Limassol, are with direct Sea - View whereas additionally each of the 9 Suites located at the garden/ground floor have A PRIVATE Swimming Pool and JACUZZI.
